These positions are full time (40 hours) and are located at 6302E. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Tampa,Fl. 33619
As a Dell Level I Technical Support Professional you will be supporting commercial or small business groups on a global scale
in a casual call center environment. You must have a passion for troubleshooting computers.
Stream offers 6 weeks of paid training - 4 weeks inside the classroom, as well as an additional 2 weeks of side by sides (Streamline) on the floor.
(There will be continuous training on all of Dell`s most recent products provided at our Dell lab) Starting salary is $27,040 ($13/hr.)
after 90 days if you meet all your performance objectives and are in good standing that would increase to $28,080 or $28,288.
Stream offers a fast career path as well as online exams to prepare you for a variety of certifications.
(After 90 days can post out for other positions if you meet performance evaluations)

At least 6 months to one year of telephone customer contact experience preferred.
High school diploma or GED required.
Complete knowledge of Hardware (Motherboard,Hard drive, Monitors, Keyboards) anything inside a PC.
Strong knowledge of OS Recovery procedure (Windows) preferred.
Familiar with hands on Hardware PC troubleshooting during the last 2 years preferred
A+ Certification preferred.
Ability to work well on a team and focus on results; adaptable and flexible.
Strong multitasking among several applications required with solid PC experience.
