We have immediate openings for experienced and talented Flash Developers
within our organization.

Status - Full-time, permanent position

Major job responsibilities include:

Working on the technical development of eLearning courses . Creating interactive
prototypes in Flash . Modelizing the final prototype into an efficient and stable
"engine" for production . Participating in the development portion of production.
Working on and improving existing code .

Thorough and effective debugging of projects

Required

Passion.for Flash, for Serious Games, for understanding the way people learn .
At least 3 years of Flash Lead Developer experience in the creation of interactive experiences.

Intermediate to Advanced Actionscripting skills (Actionscript 1.0 and 2.0) . Ability to code
"off the timeline" and a firm grasp of object-oriented programming techniques .
A willingness to experiment with creative solutions. . .combined with rigor and discipline
in the organization and documentation of your code . Ability to be conceptually creative
with clients and with the project team

Bonus Points For (we don't expect anyone to have all of these, but it'd be good if you had a few)

. Bachelors Degree in Computer Science (or something interesting) . Sense of Humor
(can be dry, odd or British; just having one is a plus) . Media / Graphic Design skills.
eLearning or education/training experience . LMS / LCMS experience .
Business Consulting experience . Back-end and middle-end web development
experience (XML, JavaScript, PHP/ ASP/JSP/ColdFusion, Flash Communication Server, etc.)
