Systems Consultant:
· Participates in the design, development, implementation and maintenance of the system components of cost effective and mission critical business applications across internal development platforms.

Job requirements: College degree and/or prior practical experience (3-5 years) in the areas of systems design/analysis, project management and quality assurance.Strong skills and experience in performing Quality Assurance verification of all software enhancements. § Strong analysis and design skills with a focus on the design and flow in support of the implementation of high volume, mission critical Production systems. Strong Project Management skills including the ability to coordinate the efforts of project team members, including end-users, vendors and internal systems staff throughout a project’s life cycle. Must be a team player. Ability to work with a sense of urgency in an aggressive, multi-tasking environment. Experience in a Windows desktop environment. Ability to learn through on the job experience.

Service Associate III

Provides telemarketing and customer service support to our external and internal customers by responding to routine inquiries, processing routine requests, and adjusting customer records using the current operating systems and resources. Service requests and inquiries handled depend upon area of assignment.

Job Requirements: Requires excellent communication skills. Previous customer service experience a plus. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, some college a plus. Requires acquisition and maintenance of resident/Florida State Insurance Life License and non-resident licenses as applicable. Ability to multitask is essential. Requires computer skills in a Windows based environment.

Corporate Vice President-Marketing Production

Job Requirements: Oversee marketing production processes that support AARP sales and marketing objectives for New York Life’s direct response marketing organization. Marketing exposures total in the hundreds of millions per year, deployed through multiple channels that include Direct Mail, Magazine Advertising, Collateral Inserts, and Fulfillment Mail. Responsibilities also extend to ongoing mail contacts with 1 million New York Life customers to support upgrade sales and conservation. Responsible for production scheduling processes, marketing procurement, quality control, staff development and training, external agency oversight, and budget management for expenditures that exceed $50 million annually.

Job Requirenents: Performs moderately difficult clerical data entry duties following general instructions and guidelines and utilizing thorough knowledge of related section/division procedures.

Job Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent work experience, at least 4 years related experience, through knowlwdge or related section/division procedures, and good working knowledge of their relationship with and effect on operations in other areas of the Company required. Depending upon area of assignment may require ability to type 35 wpm and minimum of 10,000kph.
